What, you don't like rice? Tell me Michael, how could a billion Chinese people be wrong?

Even though right now I have some African beans that aren't my normal brew, the finish isn't my favorite but they are still better than any shot I have had at any coffee shop.

Oh Sean, just FYI Dunn >> Peet's. But I will add that could be the fault of the barista. I have been there a few times and never been impressed with their skills. It seems to me that someone who does that for a living, albeit a meager one, should be more proficient than myself at making a cappuccino but alas that wasn't the case. To defend them, I don't order espresso at Dunn either but do buy beans there. Barista's really make a HUGE difference.

i've never had dunn but i will try it. where did you have peet's? i grew up on the two original berkeley locations which are full of yuppie hippies who have nothing better to do than scrutinize their coffee and talk about their compost piles or recycling habits. the people who work those locations really are coffee professionals, down here in SB i've only had them grind my beans for my press.

I'm watching MTV and there is music on it..... First time I've seen that in a long time

wtf, really? i thought that "music on TV" stuff ended in the 90's.

I thought you were going to say that interacting with collegiates in Texas is like being in middle school again.

<--mean

:wacky:

on a random note, who makes good car covers? not enough dinero to spend on a carport project just yet...

I actually went to Fuddruckers not too long ago, can't help but giggle every time I go in there now...

And I have an American dream, but it involves black masks... and gasoliiiiiiine

Gatorade.......Gatorade........WATER SUCKS, IT REALLY REALLY SUCKS...WAAATTTEERRRRRR SUCKS, IT REALLY REALLY SUCKS!!!

Dunn is only local to Minneapolis.

Not sure where I was at Peet's, funny too since it was in the last two months

Somewhere in between LA & Santa Barbara is my guess as I know who I was with, but it could have been near San Jose as well. Just realized how hard it is to keep all the travel separate.

IMO car covers regularly do more damage than good and should be used for long term storage only

just bought me a fishing reel :woot:
