The irony is that they are going to have penalties on small business too, but the fail is that the penalty is cheaper then paying for insurance. Can you say countless of people will be driven into the government plan against their will?

I am waiting to see what does happen, currently I am covered under my company. Last year the HHA put together a health care plan and we were thinking of switching.

Well more and more companies are dropping many of their employees to under 32 hours (line for full-time employment), so they don't have to provide health insurance.
