The irony is that they are going to have penalties on small business too, but the fail is that the penalty is cheaper then paying for insurance. Can you say countless of people will be driven into the government plan against their will?

We have to pay health insurance over here, for both the employees and the owner. The amount of money the gov't wants each month for doing basically nothing is ridiculous.

Well more and more companies are dropping many of their employees to under 32 hours (line for full-time employment), so they don't have to provide health insurance.

20 hours gets you benefits here. If you're in a certain union you can get them for 16 a week.
