Hey, I'm looking for some tweeters to crossover at 4500 Hz w/ a 12db slope.

I asked this before but I forgot what was suggested. Looking for cheap and don't need to overpower my DLS R6A Woofers (I would say they are comparable to the MLI 6.5s) Original tweet was 8 ohm.

ATV setup so SQ not a big issue

??Maybe??

Way too spendy.

And these are better. :)http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=275-030

FWIW, I have Peerless silks (forget the model number) in my surrounds at home and I like them better than the Dayton Classics that I have up front in my LCR channels.

But then again I have not listened to either driver in question. I like Dayton products as well, don't get me wrong.

Different price bracket. The HDS tweet is probably my favorite "budget" tweeter, but in the range of price that Mike is looking at the ND is really a great buy.

Well, you are probably right. I think my Peerless tweets were like 30 apiece about 5 years ago.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love working on Toyotas? Truly the easiest and simple cars to work on, even a 2008.

uh, wtf kind of toyotas have you been working on?

I've seen toyota do some retarded. ass. shit.

Codeine doesn't work on me. For pain or cough supressant.

I never took any pain meds as a kid, and I try to take as little as possible now but paind meds usually have litter to no effect on my pain. Even more so the Rxs' like codene or vicodin.

I can't even remember the last time I took pain meds. Probably some ibuprofen when i tore my calf muscle about 4 years ago.

FYI: trying to fit a framing hammer into a stocking is surprisingly difficult; probably just have to give it to him as an early Christmas present

Yeah we ended up just doing that

If their wrecking bars, FuBars, and WonderBars are any indication this fucker will wreck some shit, yo

Fucking love our Stanley 36" wrecking bar

I've actually had the same experience. Honda and Nissan are terrible, in particular Nissan

I worked on an 08 Camry today. I've work one Tundra new and old, corolla, camrys, ravs, 4 runners. The way Toyotas are put together makes a lot of sense and you rarely ever have goofy wiring. Leave that to GM cars. I will say though, Chevy Trucks and SUVs are one of the easier to work with. Decent amount of room behind dashes and pull apart so fast. Nissans can be bad and almost always Hondas are a pain. I worked on a CRV and had to replace a sat radio system, I had to take the glove box, lower center console, and drivers underdash just to acess 2 screws to pull out the radio and climate control assembly. Civics are the same way. What a pain in the ass.

Have any of you tried rohto V eye drops?

I love them, the green bottle version only though. It's like cool mint and cold glacial run off from the swiss mountains lubricating and refreshing your eyes. The blue capped ones feel like grinding peppermint into my eye. I can't hang.

I used to use em back in high school when I had to hide bloodshot eyes. They are a little intense at first, but afterwards its so refreshing. There's some silver one, AVOID THOSE! Burn like no ones business.

But for allergies, I have some stuff called Napicon A. A little more expensive than Rohto, but they help out a lot with my allergies as far as itchy eyes and stuff.

Does the taste hide well in drinks?

my nissan isnt to bad, but it is a 98' and doesnt have all the extra poo the cars today have in them.

it takes a lil work to take the headunit out but i can do it pretty fast.

But i must say its very easy to get mikes headunit out of his chevy

All you have to do on Chevy Trucks is lower the tilt steer, Put it in 1st gear so the dash clears it, then Pull around the edges. I love chevy trucks. One of our installers knows them so well, he has done full remote start systems in under 1 hour. That's the remote start, including bypasses, and door locks. I couldn't do it.

Yeah I can agree GM cars are easy, Nissans and Hondas make you want to kick whoever's ass put them together. I can pull my radio out within 10 seconds in my Saturn.

That's because you are Asian. You speaka da same lingo.

<-- feels like shit

I'm on my way home to take a nap and feel better myself.

Might go see ninja assassinss tonight though.

I heard it was terrible.

Any of those meds work out for ya Sean?

Kind of a late chime in, but I'll second the Mucinex and whiskey. A little booze will make almost anything go away. I wouldn't suggest it driving though :/

I heard it was terrible as well

You got me there Casey. Did you buy a TV yet?

No that won't be until after the holidays. I'm thinking about buying a townhouse to turn into a rental property so the toys may have to wait.

That's legit. Probably a wise decision. Those decisions may be why you have a job and I'm still in school.

Don't you have 3 jobs?

I'm going to Quantico for some training next week. :woot:

sent moneys to mark for the mj18 parts! :woot:
