Need more than 2 days to do it right. 2 weeks even. Could take at least a week just to dry it out. I used to do mold remediation for a living, and by law, they have to have the area tested before they let you back in, so don't go back to work until they post the test results, and by law, they have to provide the information to the employees.

Call you local labor board or health inspector. They'll know all the specific local laws as well as state and federal.

Ok I have to ask. When you are walking around in Japan, do they look at you funny. I am 6'2" and when I am walking around in Osaka it seems like I am a giant.
