I can't believe it snowed again, this is the second time this week. Good thing I work indoors.

I drank so much on Saturday. Ended uo eating peanuts too. Booze + peanuts is something that sets off my stomach issues. Never independant of each other, but almost always when combined. This tims I just woke up and got sick for an hour and writhed in pain for 3 hours with stomach cramps.

My sunday work out felt like I had a cage match with Doomsday and some flesh and brain eating virus the night before.

It feels so good to have a few work outs under the belt. As in real work outs. Even hung over I got in 5 real laps in the pool and then another hour of back and forth leasurly.

My back work out was something I would have laughed at years ago, but it was BRUTAL for me as out of shape as I am. I could only get 4 excersizes done and only to failure on 3-4 sets per exercize.

I was done with everything in 35 min and completely out of gas.

I could barely do 10 shrugs with good form at 205. Back in the day I was at ~8 reps with 4 plates each side no problem.

No wonder you have such a massive neck O.o

It's kind of weird too as my traps don't get much bigger.

Wrestling really made my neck thicken up though. I went from a 17.5 inch neck as a freshman to ~20 inch neck when I turned 18

HOP is slow this monday.

Tonight I trim/shave the beard and maybe get the hair did.

I feel like a sore pair of beef curtains after a pounding.

My body is so wimpy, I though a few weeks of light work outs would help but I may need some advil.
