Got the floorboard / kick panel area fiberglassed for a base, should be dry in 45 minutes then I can start smoothing it out.

Has anyone else seen kickpanels/pods done with fabric coated in resin and body filler, but no fiberglass mat?

We had it better in 91!

I was watching voltron though. And thunder cats. Or maybe the blurry adult channel.

:D

Job was made for the guy.

wtf is T.U.F.F. Puppy?

Err wait the pic of the blue interior shows the led not hidden. That would be horrible on the eyes in the dark. If you put them under a lip for reflection only it would be much better.

You need to come over to my house and see the blue led I have in the basement. It's awesome but one look at the emeter dazzle and it takes a few seconds to recover. That could be bad if your driving.

I will do INDIRECT for sure :)

LED guru's, any idea how I can do this?

http://www.oceanled.com/component/oled_products/category/16.html

And NOT spend the $600+ on them? I've seen some that are cheaper, but obviously not as powerful. I don't need quite the yacht lights, but would like to add some.

Going to do the whole interior in Blue LED as well. Yep, gay ass lights, but at night on the boat when cruising around I think it'll be bad ass. Complete opposed to gay neon lighting for no purpose, but when you are out having a drink some low level light to compensate for the nav lights above and not jack your eyes is beneficial.

You could take a look at these: http://www.oznium.com/led-modules I have used them for automotive apps. They seem to be very durable, bright and waterproof. Sir Lancelot used them also.

The malibu forums recommend those as well.

I have a white dinner jacket for my tux that is pretty close.

Damn it is staring to feel like fall with this 40F morning. :WTFBubble:

We've had lows in the mid 60's, luckily

The dog show I mean. Actually just checked and AltaVista really is still up and running, lol

Indirect will help a lot Sean. And blue looks wicked cool.

I bet Neal would be able to set u up with a set up off the top of his head.

I really want extreme bright LEDs for a light bar on the truck. I don't want the bluish tint though. I may use a slight yellow tinted filter, but it would have to be perfect or else I could get greenish color.

I'm sorry I even googled that.

better not google Santorum then...

note to self, never buy an amp with 30 day warranty and wait more then 30 days to install it..

one of the usx 2080's i got from audioclinic goes into protection. solid red LED w/ flashing green LED. after learning this is due to a bad ground i tried grounding it individually (not through a distro) to two different spots and it remained in protection.

edit: i know the distro isn't the problem but mike at audioclinic sent this response to my initial email,

"I apologize for any inconvenience for problems with your amp.

I would first like to mention that you should never ground an amp through a distribution box,

power is OK nut never the ground. The ground should be connected to the chassis of the vehicle as close to the amp as possible.

Please be certain that all connections are correct as a flashing green LED is a sign of

bad grounding. If the amp goes into protection, the RED LED shound come on and the green LED not light up at all.

Please disconnect all from the amp except for the +12V,power ground and remote. If the amp still goes into

protection, the amp is defective.

If after re-checking your installation you still have a problem, send the amp back to me for repair."

I have a 3 year old sundown SAZ in the basement hybrid 8s 3 18s and a crown 3200 watt amp.

I hope those all work.
