Interestingly terrible review. They drive awesome. Of course my definition of "uncomfortable" must be different then his. My AMG is stiffer, but I didn't drive an M version. For what I use it for, I'd still prefer it. The offroad capability isn't at all something I care about, lol. As for snow, you should have seen the ML pre-snow tires

As for the Range, I looked at those too and umm, well, what a piece of heavy shit.

I agree with the Ranger comment. I know they didn't exactly equip it for snow or off-road duty either, but I find it funny how my sister's AWD Edge with 20" wheels and rubber band tires can handle the snow, ice, and hills with no issues.

I just realized, if I did have an exterior hookup, I could stoke the hell out of a barbecue pit...15 CFM @ 120 PSI+ holy fuck...

right, a locking diff might actually have helped; ride height adjustment and low range? not so much

Real tires would have helped. I can easily do that slope on high-range and no diff lock except a locking central diff. Quite possible do-able on rwd...

And with as much power as that thing has it should have done the slope easily.

Wife had PT test at 0500, so that means I am up at 0430. PT at 0600 till 0700. Appt at 0920, then back to work till lunch at 1130. Lunch time 'goodbye' for a coworker till about 1400. Hispanic heritage mth celebration till 1600. Briefing at 1645 (had to report and wait right after celebration).Then staff duty (think over glorified babysitter/secretary/security guard) from after brief till 0900. I can take small breaks (real short) to grad a smoke, or if needed go get something to drink or eat (had some shittastic pizza delivered here). And oh yea I found out about this around 1930 thursday night, and still had to help the wife find shit for a class. Didn't see a pillow till about 2330.
