Just finished checking out the contemporary art museum.

Fuck me, my lung is on the desk. First bike ride of the year and I ripped out around 7 miles in a bit over 20 minutes. I'm an idiot.

That's how I felt every day biking to class. I would be riding around nice and calm and then just decide to start flying around campus. I would get to class dripping with sweat and then have to go to class.

Hah, I always haul ass when going to work. And from time to time run up 4 flights of stairs. So I end up sweaty at the office

I hurt. Slipped and fell on my spiral stairs. Tweaked something in my back bad enough that when at a movie today I was almost crying.

Then after lunch while walking with the wife, caught my foot and tripped on a curb/ sewer grate.

I'm really lucky I don hurt worse though. Mostly a lot of hurt pride now I think.

Boat broke, I fell in the lake, spilled salsa all over my sisters boat, spilled a margarita, and dropped a beer.

I'm NEVER the one who flails...flailed major on Friday. Worst (or best) part wasn't at all drunk when any of it happened except the dropping of my beer.

At that point I was shit canned enough to not actually remember dropping my beer.
