I bet it gets rug burns when you walk. peepwall.gif

My inseam is 38"

Damn, so close. :P

Got pre-approved for a home loan for our next house. We just refinanced our current house, bringing the mortgage down a few hundred bucks and knocking 7 years off. Were Going to keep the old one as a rental/positive cash flow property.

A step in the right direction.

That's awesome news!

I'm pretty exited. My wife wanted to sell this one to buy the other, so the savings wouldn't take a big hit for the down payment. Right now it just makes sense to keep it and use the savings. That's what its for right?

Depending on where you live the house should only appreciate in value at this point.

So I say hanging onto it is a great choice. Make some rental income and sell it when the housing market is in better shape.

our current house dropped about 40% in 5 years. Lucky for me it took most of its loss prior to my owning it. I paid about 100k less than all my neighbors that bought new in 05.

Buy low, sell normal / high. :P

The best part is, rent in my sub division is about $600 more than my house note per month.

About the same here, my house has dropped about 53% since 05. In 05 the prices in my area were VERY inflated though.

You still have not answered my original question from pages back and the first question on my post. What is your goal from this method and why do you believe it will work better with a fasting program than a more traditional format?

So again, what is your goal and why do feel your approach is more viable than the more accepted rout?

I know this wasn't directed at me but I'll add my 2 cents. I have experimented with intermittent fasting with good results. My goal, like many others my size, is to lose fat and be of what I would call healthy strength.

The initial reasoning for fasting is that I assume I am getting all the extra benefits that Stefan has mentioned, but in a addition for me it make diet adherence easier.

If I wake up in the morning and know I'm not going to eat I go on with my day. I drink plenty of water because it is the only thing I can have. When I get to lunch I'm know I'm ready to eat, but it is actually much easier for me to pass by all the fast food joints and hit up the super market to think of something fresh, delicious and with plenty of protein (if I haven't planned already). Because I didn't waste a single minute with breakfast in the morning or snacks I have more time I can devote to lunch.

I get to eat to my hearts content on healthy food and feel great (Did I mention that sometimes I have a brunch at this time? BEST meal ever). Afterward I spend the rest of my day not really worrying and I "graze" on a few healthy snacks. At dinner I eat with my girlfriend and repeat the process.

When I was attempting an all day eating schedule I felt more need to plan out all the meals. I also felt like all I would do is snack all the time and never feel full no matter how delicious and healthy the "meal" was. Also, when I'm used to eating every three hours I get ravenous hunger pains. On my fasting diet I feel content after my one big meal. I don't get that on an all day schedule. Also, I am not eating extreme amounts of calories. Eating only 8 hours a day makes it easier to stay under my calorie limit, especially if I focus on healthy foods.

For me I focus less on the food with the intermittent approach. That alone helps me tremendously.

Alright my gearhead friends,

I am looking for something to prevent my car from sagging so bad. I currently have Dragbags installed -- but they have evidently gone bad. I was looking into the Shockwaves from Ridetech http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ART-12155401/ , However they are pretty damn expensive. Are there any alternatives to these that are cheaper and can carry around the same capacity? They hold around 1200~ and the stock shocks hold around 200.

I'm not really sure what to look at.

So apparently heresay is better evidence that actual drug tests.

Who knows....I feel bad if he wasn't into anything.

Well I am now 2/3 the way to medically being out. Should be done by December.

Figure out what your doing after?

Right now I have been writing concert reviews and taking photographs lately. I think I would love to pursue something with either of those.

so i've been playing with math, which really sucks, but i can't decide whether or not to go with 2 Xcon 18's or four 10's in the hummer. it's funny, but i found out that my Expedition has more room for an enclosure than this H2 does. i might be able to fit four 12's in there, but i keep leaning towards the 18's. i have a single DDZ1 and am open to way too may woofer options. i'm confused

Shocks don't hold weight, they simply control the suspension. You need a higher rate spring and a different shock.

Even if they are adjustable? The Shockwaves are adjustable by pnumatics.

didn't read the rest, but shocks control pitch of the vehicle. if the vehicle bounces at all the shocks control that, but if the vehicle sits too low with weight on it then then springs will control that. height=springs, bounce=shocks

What are you trying to achieve? What does your electrical consist of?

all the electrical you could ever want or even need. i want something that'll seriously punish your ear drums when i want and then something mellow enough to play for my dad that even he'll really enjoy. i want to do hair tricks on the weekend and be civil on the week days.

Well if you have the electrical to use your amp to the fullest I would go with four 12's. They will handle the power better than two 18's.
