It depends on experience. I know that with tower school (what is required to do this here) in my other job in the Army, it pays about 1000 per job or more depending on complexity. Prime example, one of our old guys got paid 1000 to climb and change the light bulb at the top of the tower. Perfectly clear 85* sunny day with light winds.
