Couldn't be the rim, it's magnesium; the sparks would be white. I'm with Ryan2 on this, but it could also be the carbon brakes as well.

So I have put on the freshman 15 my junior and senior year. Pretty much since I turned 21, the beer intake has spiked. I need to get back to into shape. Any suggestions? I've heard about p90x, but know no one who has tried it.

I noticed that for me the quickiest way to lose some pounds is to stop eating so late at night, I try not to eat past 10 and if so it will be some fruit or just something to drink. Alot of cardio will do the trick also.
