<--not a fan of sea trout. Never had it at a restaurant either, only ones that I have caught in the Gulf myself. Should have been clean as I assume that March is cold water time. No idea on their normal cycles though and I did catch them in brackish water.

Are you talking about the post on CA? If so, I may be a little off, as it has been years. But from what I remember they loved a larger box. A little peakiness was dialed out but so was a little of the power handling.

Found a neighbour who builds hydraulic hoses for a living so the burnt hoses on the backhoe are sorted. Also found a brake fluid reservoir at the local u-pull. Saved $200 by not buying from the dealer

Hopefully we can start it up without the electrical wiring and lift it a bit to work easier under.

Not sure how you could not like trout, and not sure what brackish water is because all inland gulf water looks "brackish" to me

Speckled Trout (spotted sea trout), Specks for short, is completely different then salmon as you want to cook it all the way through. I've never had it raw/ near raw though... not sure if that would be a good idea from these inland costal waters... (awaits Travis' response that that is probably a bad idea and he wouldn't do it... Pansy Tummy Travis)

You'll get sick from raw specks. Quick.
