Watched Food, Inc. last night. Other than leaning a bit too much on the "grass fed beef good, corn fed beef evil" schtick I found it to be a very well presented documentary.

The water is very high here in Lock Haven.

it's a 5 espresso kinda day, so I had 6 shots.

Then you have 2 espresso's to go. IMO it isn't an espresso if it isn't a double, but that is partly because I hate loading a single portafilter as they are hard to tamp in. Plus 16gr of coffee seems like a normal "dose" to me.

I caught up in the afternoon. 6 singles it enough to get me motor turbo charged in the AM.

not too much. Today I'm getting way more done today than I did yesterday. I'm motivated to clean the house so I need less to get movin'. Stimulants don't do much for me other than even me out, unless it's a HIGH dose.

Excellent weekend this weekend and dont want it to end, longer days and shorter nights FTW. This is my time of year since it has good weather, more sunshine and the ladies in some sexy clothes.
