Well it seems the fun is going to be limited. Tomorrow I have to start going to work at 7am, I am not a fan of alarm clocks.

It is I guess, but the wife don't want to move and the pay is good for this shitty little area. Finally getting the hang of it after 16 years ;)

I was told about these ones:

Amazon.com: Sennheiser HD201 Headphones: Electronics

Yeah I hear you about what is avalible, I have done a TON of different jobs. SOME where WAY funner than others, BUT I made them ALL work 4 me.smile.gif

My oldest daughter lives with my ex inlaws is the ONLY reason I don't move (other than its BEAUTIFUL here).

Damn 16 years is a long time at one job? now a days anyways.

I really really want to be out on a boat right now.

If I had an iceboat I'd invite you over. :P

I'll take you up on that after it's fishin opener.

The only real job I have had. Just held different positions in the company.

Tons of good headphones, don't pick a company pick a set that does what you need.

that's what i plan to do.

i never heard of etymotic until i came in here one day, so i was just curious if there are other companies i have no clue about.

Holy Haunted and Tormented, that is two Tops in a row.

Going to ge the bike out today and clean it up, maybe go for a ride and then put some fresh fluids in.

Not to mention the sync and all the other creature comforts inside it.

The ironic thing is, the 4V 5.0 is lighter than either the 2, 3, or 4V 4.6 it replaces. So, it out-displaces, out-powers (NA), and weighs less than it's smaller, less-powerful predecessor.

They should be in the 12s with nothing more than a gear swap and some traction.

I know it has a forged crank too. The rods are a powder steel, do you know if they are the stronger forged ones or would those have to go out with the heads?

(I'm thinking in a down the road boosted aplication, because... why buy a car if you can't boost it someday)

:P

They will still be able to handle some boost. They've been using the powdered metal rods for years and people have been boosting them. My car still has the stock bottom end with poopy rods and pistons and it has no problem handling 12lbs.

The biggest issue I see with boost there is the higher compression and extended RPM range of the new engine. Give it a year and all the bugs will be worked out by the aftermarket.

I'll be interested in buying one right about the time they get all those goodies sorted.

Ford wouldn't dare release a 5.0 engine that couldn't be boosted. No way the marketing department is that stupid.

biOcto-turboz! 2 per cylinder! Small for no lag and another big one for mega boostness.

I didn't know etymotic made over ear. I'm a big fan of in ear. They work for what I need them to do. I wouldn't mind some big cans but I can't find a solid need for them. I would rather just listen to floor standers.
