3M Paint wheel, wire brush, 60,160,200,320,400,600, and Tripoli compound (and 3 hours) later

With the Vetrano

Electrical tape mod and Elvinator (done out of poly cutting board) are installed as well.

The burr's were replaced in 3-09 according to the writing on them. So dull I can't get them to take anything off my fingernail. Also can't manage to pull a double shot that is longer than 15 seconds to 60ml. Re-seated the burrs three times to see if I could improve it, but I guess I have to wait until Thursday when the new burrs arrive.

I didn't polish or clean the doser up because I ran out of time and wanted to get it done. I also plan to do a doserless modification to it later on and perhaps do some sort of built in timer as well. We'll see when I get a free moment.

Looks good. You make me want more coffee now.

If I find my rack brackets I'll let you know Sean, but I have no clue where they are.

Anyone know randomly who my idle would be running extremely high when in park or neutral?

It's never happened before like this, but as soon as I fixed the loose gear selection arm on the tree Gertrude is revved way up in park.

I have an error code but I think it's still just the O2 sensor and it's related to the hole in my exhaust that I can't find but can definately hear.

Vacuum leak? Stretched throttle cable?

I don't even know how I would start with vacuum leak issues. Maybe I'll pound my head against that wall this weekend.

I think the throtle cable is good. It's never been a problem and not only in idle. Extremely odd.

Vacuum leak can be found with carb cleaner. spray it in areas you think the leak may be, if the idle goes up, there is your leak. I would check the idle air control valve also. These are known to need cleaning or go bad over time. You can pull it off and clean it with brake cleaner. If that doesn't work, buy a new one. Shouldn't be more than $50. This could be causing the MIL also.

No vacuum leak then.

I might check the rest tomorrow.

Not sure yet. Working on buying a Mazzer Major to compare with, but the guy is currently at $675 and I won't pay more than $250 for it. If I do get it then I'll keep one of the two

The major is significantly bigger though, so perhaps too much so for the counter.

And they work REALLY well. The milk portion is a joke, but if its just for Americanos a hot pot, a real grinder, and a ton of charges and you are set.

2 liters of water and a liter and a half of tea with lemon, and I'm still thristy with a headache.
