How big of a trunk do you have? Vas is 13.5cu. ft for the IB3 18 I do believe.

Do you actually need finned radiators or would just aluminum work?

If a 40 by 2 inch flat bar can dissipate 4-500w it's perfect.

That is a good sized bar. I bet it can.

I will probably go for a decent thickness U-profile, so I will only need a piece of plexi / lexan to seal it up. If the 6 LED versions stays under 100*F in testing, I don't think there is need for a finned radiator.
