Indeed I used Acetone.. BUT! it's been like that since day one.

Mike I am so jelly! Damnit I was that machine. I just got the Samsung 10.1.

I got it and a whole leather kit for it for 350 so I couldn't pass it up. Its the big gig version. I hope to run my HT and all the living room and maybe more from it.

I was stoked to finally get it, but I have to say it did come with 1st gen problems.

My version doesn't recognize its serial number. Therefore I had to do my update manually and I can not root it. Also, I have a small spot in the middle of my screen that is whiter that everything else on a light screen with a tiny little dark spot about a cm away from it.

The wifi strength isn't as powerful as my friends ipad2 and GPS is practically non-existant. Asus went stupid and put an aluminum backing on it, but didn't leave a window for the wifi/gps chip to "look through". It also has some coding problems that don't help as well.

Other than that it is the best tablet. Those problems are actually pretty small compared to how I use it. I plan on getting it RMA'd by Asus and sending it in for a replacement.

HOWEVER, I did just order the stock, which is going to be bad ass since I will have a 10.1 netbook with full windows 7 and Android. Also, some people have also installed Ubuntu on it, and it looks like Windows 8 will be able to be installed on it.

AND, I found out its fairly cheap to hook up a PS3/X360 controller. It also has an HDMI out and games are getting pretty good these days. I'm not a serious gamer so this may end up being my gaming "system" to blow off some steam.

Wait, it runs Win 7 & Android? Dual boot or how does that work. Also curious on the cash outlay as I need something that can run Windows.

You either shop exclusively for high end or for low end, but never both simultaneously. Learned that lesson a long time ago.

Sounds like travel bags are a niche market for absolutely raping people in terms of $$$.

Maybe you could sell your steering wheel, use one from checkers/autozone, improve steering, and help offset the luggage cost?

Cool. Next time spend more time using larger pieces of mat, rolling out any bubbles, and you won't have to cover the entire panel in body filler, but instead, just for filling small voids and blemishes.

Still need to make a trim piece to cover the hacked up part of the door and speaker, and order deadener for the doors. Then I'll be able to tell if they work out in the doors (IB) or not.

I'm still going to try a midrange driver in lieu of the tweeter, mounted on the dash, and see if I like that more then the hds tweets.

Barely fits as is. Don't have the room to go any larger unless I did some serious cutting to the doors, and I'm not doing that.

Plus I'd still have to cut my stock doors to do it, so it doesn't really aid my quest. Of course I could disconnect the og doors, and put the junker ones on before I sell it, and get them painted to match the rest of the car! All for a slightly larger speaker, I don't think so.
