I know it's close, but just being able to look out and see it, is rather awesome, even if you don't have the time to wonder down there.

I always made it by hand, Make a little volcano drop egg in.. mix..

Old fashoned way but my pasta always comes out great..

But I would suggest either some a set of dowel rods to get the pasta a uniform thickness or a pasta roller thingy ma-gig
