Have you set up a gmail account with your phone to sync them together? If not then you should. Not only will it help with the email it will allow you to update your phones firmware etc.

if its a touch phone just hold down on the photo in the text message and it should give you the option to save it. should be saved in your gallery.

then you can plug the phone into your pc with the usb cable and transfer that way. or us bluetooth to transfer wirelessly. or get the photobucket app and upload it.

Tried this and nothing, tried the menu and nothing. Finally restarted the phone and was able to do it. Weird, but I have had a lot of little quirky shit happen with this phone.

I should of been more specific. I was speaking of the supplement types of proteins not the real food versions.

I got chocolate. Over the past couple weeks I've gotten much more used to it....still not great though
