Sleeplessness and a waking child. Never a fun combo.

Reloading saves zero money, just means you shoot more for said money.

Shooting more, which would otherwise cost me more money, so I would be saving money. :P

Until you look at buying a press, dies, tumbler, powder thrower, trickler, neck trimmer, and all the other goodies. :)

Reloading is great if you want to tailor your ammo to what you are doing, and once set up you can make some cheap ammo especially when you find good deals on components. You'll spend more, but get more rounds down range, but hey, this hobby isn't to make money. :)

Grains are cash crops, and I'm sure there's lots of money spent every year to make people think "whole grains" are healthy.

American Heart Association doesn't have a great track record either, so it's not like I would pay too much attention to their healthy food pyramids.

^But those aren't reason enough to say it's bad.

As I've said before, my biological reasoning on anything I eat has nothing to do with studying but watching people. Europeans are all thin and healthy compared to us and eat WAY more grains than we do.

And they also think for themselves and have thousands of years of experience and wisdom. We Americans are stupid, believe in the "studies" which often contradict each other and are bred to eat shit. I could go on, but it's a lesson in futility like all the studies, the FDA, EPA, and every other one of those idiotic brainwashing fronts.

And it was a stretch when I said I have no reasoning outside of observation, but I believe in the observation more than anything I read.

Japan is a good one too. Not so many unhealthy folk. I also don't fart in Japan. not sure what that means but I am a fan of their diet. Not particularly in context though as they don't have nearly the access to cereal grains that we do.

We also have become a Nation full of un-disciplined 'I want it now' kids. Europe has the 'I want it let me do something for it' mentality still, which we lost many, many years ago.

Plus they are still active at least twice as much as we are as a people.

They aren't all thin, plenty of fat people in the UK and in Germany for instance smile.png

But in the UK bio and low-fat products were the in-thing and I saw lots of people shopping from the small markets with fresh produce :)

Can't say their food is bad, I actually lost 5 lbs and always ate well when I was there.

Walk around France or Italy where grains are a predominant part of the diet and yes there are fat people, but if you think there are a lot of them you should come here once.

Skinny doesn't always mean good health, but I understand what you mean.

I stopped by to visit ny old supervisor today. He is looking like hell. I felt a bit bad, he said I look better than I have in years.

That fucking job was killing me, and it will kill him.
