I wonder if the board will hit 1,000,000 posts this year. That would be an approximate average of 100,000 posts a year.

My cousin is having some issues with his 2003 4.6L f150 automatic. He says it takes off slow from a stop, and sounds like it's revving in neutral, then it gradually picks up speed. If he's driving around 50 - 60 then it sounds normal, but it's still slow to accelerate.

I asked if it creeps forward at stop lights, and said it did not.

Failing transmission?

Knocked the interview out the park, and I just got an email saying I passed their pre-employment testing, so I'm feeling really, really good about this one. No official word for another couple of weeks, though.

Sounds like it. We have been seeing a lot of Fords that are tearing the splines out of the torque converter as well.

If it is whining you could have a clogged trans filter.
