Using this makes me realize I need to lose some weight.

I'm in the middle between the weight lifters and shot putters and the rowing cycling judo people. Unfortunately the middle of that is some goofy looking sailor from Britan

I don't get it.

Generally pissed, I narrowed it to lack of sleep.

Basketball game today pretty much cleared my head. 90 minutes of running around and jumping was the best workout I ever did.

Note to self: buy sports shoes for basketball. The shoes I used today weren't very tight and I ended up with some beautiful blisters on my feet. I guess walking up to the office is out...good thing there is an elevator.
