Yep, and the HAT L4s.

Myostatin is only one of the limiting factors in absolute size though. The other problem is another growth limiting factor. Its over ridden by insulin though. That is why food and the timing of is important for guys trying to gain muscle and size.... or performance. A lean 6 pack body doesn't require much really. Just don't eat the shit we all normally eat and get in enough weights and a bit of cardio.

Busting past a plateau needs much more dietary attention. Constant amino and glycogen replenishing. And it's a delicate balance to not intake so much you get fat. It also involves macro nutrient partitioning and that is usually the hang up for most people who get to a plateu. When to have proteins, when to have, carbs, and when the ideal window for fats are.

It gets into voodoo mumbo jumbo and so many ways to twist it your head will spin. What we know is cortisol, insulin, and GH are the balance. And you can only have one. And you never want high cortisol. So it's trading off between when to carb and when not to.

That's why the drugs get involved. Its a control for optimization of macro nutrients. You can then have high GH and high insulin at similar times and get a really impressive sympathetic reaction. Androgens help to block cortisol.

It's awesome. I never had it as a child, but as an adult its one of the most comforting meals. I make it when the house is quiet. No one else appreciates it like I do.

I don't know if it is more traditional to use egg whites or not... but I usually put the whites aside or throw them out. It's rich.

Normally I need 6-8 "servings" of pasta to fill up. Then I need food again in 45 min. This, one bowl lasts allllllllll night.

I usually use pancetta and more egg yolks than whites. It is one of my favorite dishes.

I dont know many people who love it too. Extremely cool. have you tried it with the cured pork cheek and not bacon/pancetta? I think that is more traditional but I have never gone out shopping for it. I am the only one in my house who loves truely hearty rustic food. I made a chicken paprikosh with extremely high quality sweet smokey paprika. i nearly died in savory heaven. The wife said it was Ok.

I had it with the cured meat when I was in Italy...really one of the best things that I have ever had.

The funny thing is at the same place I had one of the worst things that I have ever eaten. It was a smoked mozz it literally tasted like I was eating soft creamy wood.

My next cooking venture is to get a good pizza dough down. I've been working on it for years but I still can't get it right. I also have never made my own pasta which I'm going to try soon.
