For a projector, if the room is properly built, i could see retail of $10k projectors being reasonable based on some necessities that may be required.

Haha it was pretty spot on, if I remember correctly it was within SSA's recommended enclosure range, on the small end of the volume size due to lack of space. The first email he sent me was funny as hell.

Him:
