i almost killed myself and 2 of my friend drinking and driving. we were having fun in the country when i decided to step on it around a corner and my blazer caught the ditch and rolled. we rolled into a river, if we actually wore our seat belts we would have been dead. thats what the sherrif told us. we had to break out the glass of the truck to get out and the water was filling the inside of the truck quicker than we could move. we ended up kicking the glass out, but still getting severely injured because of MY Mistake. i could have killed us all

38

think the 40's would be too big? those are 38's on it right now

Are you even getting 12mpg? Just wondering.

I'm not. Lol

Well you have a volcano under the hood, would not expect it. If I got on it at a track day, I'm sure my 1.3L could get down around that. ;)

what the hell is "WCG and what are the points used for??? on SSA's "twitter tab" it has a bunch of stuff i really don't understand atm and curiosity has me wondering

WCG is the World Community Grid. It is a distributed computing program, non-profit effort for many different projects. I donate my (and a couple of other guys help from time to time) computers' idle CPU time for the WCG (and a number of other's) projects through a little piece of software that linked to many different projects around the world that need computing power help. What it does is it downloads a work unit from the selected projects, crunches or processes the work and uploads it back to the project. As these projects are seriously underfunded or just limited money wise, the only source of 'repayment' or reward, are those points. There are many teams through out the world, just like car audio competition teams, and collectively we try to beat other teams based on the points awarded from these projects. So it is competition for great causes. A few of the WCG sub projects are; Help Fight Childhood Cancer, FightAIDS@HOME, Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy, Go fight against Malaria, etc. So the WCG project gives the warm fuzzy feeling because if your computer is on anyway, might as well put it to use to help some seriously beneficial causes.

I have reached out a few times to ask if some SSA forum members would like to help. It is just downloading a little piece of software, I show you how to set it up and once that is done, it's a set it and forget it as it runs in the background by itself or only when you're not using the computer. :)

Aaron donates his computer power to work on scientific computations. IE: computer is idle after 15 minutes, so it starts number crunching stuff for some specific project.

Thanks. :) Since I cannot give money, this is the next best thing. :)

Larry Dever, the four-term Republican sheriff of Cochise County, has died in a one-vehicle crash near the northern Arizona town of Williams. He was 60. Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/09/19/arizona-sheriff-larry-dever-60-dies-in-one-car-wreck/#ixzz289KZiKYN

This dude is getting a parade for dying because he supported SB1070 immigration bill. He wrecked his truck doing 60mph down a dirt road, wasn't wearing a seat-belt, and rolled.

But yeah parade time!

I tried it, but my computer is too laggy. Fuck win7. ninja.gif

Your doing it wrong tongue.png

My 6 year old device with Win7 runs like a champ.

I'm sure it's slow at times for a multitude of reasons. Eats up more ram then really needed, and I only have 2gb IIRC. Been lazy about getting more. Oh and I never actually bought it, just downloaded a cracked version when it first came out, so I'm pretty sure I only have like half the updates, then stopped it so MS wouldn't shut it down. Every 20 minutes I get a popup mentioning my windows version isn't genuine, and I should buy it.

what would you guys think about going from 38's to 40's on my truck? 0531122102.jpg

What sort of off roading do you do?

i do quite a bit of off roading. i mud the crap out of it and when it comes to snow i usually take the ditches instead of the road. i like to drive down gravel roads through the ditches and jump some field approaches. some other guy commented about parking lots and pot holes, but i don't have this kind of truck just so i can drive it down the road. i like to play with my toys

and 2wd is an advantage why?

icon_roflmao.gif To skar comment, since you ninja post.
