Inflation of house prices in socal is ridiculous. When we moved in to our house about 10 years ago, the house across the street was worth ~230k. Right now it is on sale, listed for $999,900. They did do a little bit of exterior work, but I highly doubt it was worth over 700k.

So today i walked into work saw a CRAP ton of boxes and wondered why we had so many.

I think my son is an art prodigy. You won't spot him around the house without a pen/pencil/crayon/marker in hand, typically with a pad of paper near by. He's 2 years old, can draw a near perfect circle, color well within the lines and actually fill in the entire object rather than the "few scribble lines" like most kids do. And his stick people actually look like stick people.

Looks like you were right about 16 blocks. I was disappointed, expected more action. It was a pretty generic movie.
