Ugh, my hours got posted for this week and they're way down because it's the "slow" season of the year ... I'm looking at making barely enough to cover my living expenses, unless I take my car off the road (work is within walking distance) ...

I've been considering accepting the job my uncle keeps trying to give me (he owns a mortgage business), but I know he's a slave-driver and I know we'd end up arguing a lot, which is why I haven't accepted it in the 4 years since high school ... Of course, making $16/hour to start would definitely afford me some luxuries I'm not going to have at my current job ... My cousin has been working for him for 2 years now and she's up to $24/hour, although she says she'd rather still be working at McDonald's than working for my uncle, if that tells you anything about what kind of employer he is ... LOL
