Kent, would you be interested in drawing up some design ideas for a tattoo? I'm perfectly willing to paypal some $$ for your time.

Something along the sorts of the center 3 or 4 rings of a target, 3 bullets cloverleaf in the 10 ring and above it it says Impossible is nothing, below it says Belief is everything.

My artistic ability only extends to woodworking, I suck at drawing.

*psst* Kent, did you see this? Don't mean to be a nag at all though.

PM me info and price.

Just PM me your address and you can have them.

Ryan I think it's safe to say that moving was probably the best option. That sounds a lot like someone I knew who could be a bitch but it was more like she was just to damn indecisive. Your probably making the right choice, I honestly wouldn't even talk with her for a while but that's just me.

Audio-neon, yeah man go check out transformers I think you'd like it. Just be prepared for a 144 minute movie ^_^

The chitbox is pretty fun to drive offroad. It has enough power to slide sideways in 4 wheel high on loose stuff :)

I am not too pleased with my econo'chit' box lately. 15 mpg from a 4banger just b/c I am missing a radiator fan (will be in on monday) just pisses me off.

i got 47 in the jeep, on the highway :finger:

would be scary to find out how much the dub gets

My truck gets better mileage than my car

what capacitor value do i need to make a crossover for a tweet (HPF @ 2khz or thereabouts)? i use WinISD but the value it gave me did not work

Quick question, is it ok to leave RCA's unplugged from the amp but still plugged into the radio? I don't want to start my truck on fire if there's a powerful signal running out the end of them. It'll be disconnected for 2-3days

C=1/(2*pi*f*Z)

C=1/(2*pi*2000*8)

C=9.947uF

Pick the closest value lower than that.

i tried a 10 and got no sound out of the tweet at all, so maybe it was a bad cap

do you know if it needs to be in parallel or series with the tweet?

No.

so "no" it's not okay to leave them disconnected, or "no" there's not a powerful signal running through them?

just wanna make sure

if it's not okay, can I just leave the radio power off and drive in silence? Will that solve the problem?

thanks for the reply

you don't want to leave them disconnected

you can leave the radio off or you can wrap a paper towel or something around them and tape it together so they don't touch any metal

ok, so if I insulate them they'll be ok? But still keep the radio powered off?

thanks,
