Even though I hate paying duties and such on items coming across the border, the one thing I don't expect a company to cut me slack on is shipping.

MAN. Who would have thought best buy of all places had some of the harder job questions. I was so not ready for some of those questions. Usually places ask questions like, "were do you plan to be 5 years or what goals do you have in life." Not, "Where have you found yourself in a multi-task situation and how did you handle it." I was like "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh." In my head of course not out loud but I came up with some lame excuse from work(my current job.)

Geez I hope I did good, I think I owned them on some of my questions though I asked how they set there gains, like if they used test tones and a DMM or if they had a different method. The guy goes, "honestly man I don't work in that department I don't know you'd have to ask one of them." I also asked "how do you feel about type Args?"

Most people suck at interviewing so they ask questions that they read somewhere on the net are good ones to ask. To me I like to spend about 10 minutes with someone and if I approve, go do something social with them and get to know them. Judging character is much easier that way and of translates those little pieces of paper called resumes pretty well.
