im pretty sure 99 is still OBS, my friend has a 99 2500 and its OBS

it's a 2 door too, can just barely fit 2 RE8s behind the seat

99 is OBS for the 2500-3500..but they are NBS for the 1500

i believe 2000 is the first year of NBS for the 2500-3500 and even tahoe..
