I was moving in the right lane, he was stopped in the left lane, didn't even look, just pulled out... I almost got around him by driving on a snowbank but somehow my left rear hit his right rear. Guy refused to give me his name too... but I have his plate number.

Just talked to the insurance... guy is claiming he didn't change lanes in front of me. Yaaaa right. Have to go into the office when I get the car adjusted to make a signed statement, and draw a map. Already did the drawing thanks to Google Earth.

I hope this bullshit gets figured out soon... I'm only home for 4 weeks of the next 4.5 months.
