Metric system started in 18th century France, although SI didn't show up until the sixties

5280 feet is also more accurate as a mile is exactly 1,609 meters

I'd look into what local shops are charging, and charge slightly under that. Friends are one thing, people I don't know pay.

KoB is a very good album.

Hard to go wrong with pretty much anything Miles, really...

I would say that depends on if you like free jazz or not, there are definitely a good 50+ albums that can give you headaches if you aren't in the right mood.

I really enjoy how much more raw Miles is. other jazz musician's have more flow musically but I prefer the rough edges of Miles. atleast that is what I see it as

-sub box w/12" sub-$75

-2 amps w/custom amp rack-$50

-running all wiring-$75

-deading the doors and trunk and this will be by the hour- $30/hr for probably about 8 hours

so the total for the install would be $565. so im goin to tell him $600.

any comments?

Bit steep IMO. In particular on the headunit, unless there is something particularly difficult in a Maxima as normally it is a 20m job.

I keep meaning to do something else with them. Don't really care much about the jackets, to be honest, but I would like a better way to keep them....just don't have much for room anywhere.
