10k a year on clothes

300 per pair of jeans

some people seem to have more money than brains it seems... :suicide-santa:

you havent owned a nice pair of jeans then ;)

:bull: :bull: :bull: :bull:

I have got the god damn muscle car itch that wants to be scratched.

antibiotics can't fix that one

True, but this helped.

Do realize this was sprayed less than 12 hours ago so the clearcoat is still soft and all of the flash speckles are teeny bits of clear that will wet sand right off. Considering it hasn't been sanded yet, I was amazed at how nice she looked.

Now you know what got in the way of my day, the painter called and my buddies bird was dressed in paint. Now I get to make interior panels and a custom dash for it :)

so i have to get something for the asian for her bday, would it be so wrong to get her something like this?

click me

I thought this one wasn't bisexual so getting her a blond probably won't go over very well; however, I dig the outfit so you can get her one of those.

The 'bird looks great :)

be sure to post pics of progress on it

Just ordered a set of 6 piston Wilwoods with the 12.2's from Frank at Prodigy. So new they don't even have a part number yet. At the moment it will be powered by a mildly built Poncho 350, but that is only due to budget. If you saw the underchassis and everything else you'd know where his dough was spent. Frank shipped his rims late last week as well. Have to get those in so we can figure out the lenght to have the rear end cut to.

Pics will continue, but don't expect fast progress as there are a hell of a lot of things to do and my dumb ass friend bought his house nearly an hour from me.

When things go well, this is what we are rolling down to the power tour in Rochester in :)

What kind of suspension is under it?

Hopefully I'll see it in Rochester then :)

What you can't see in the pictures is how straight the body is, when you saw the car when Josh bought it you'd shit. IIRC he paid $1200 for it so you can guess at the shape she was in.

New floors, new rear quarters, bottom half of the doors are fresh, new hood, new decklid, and lots of other new metal. Had to get her perfect since she is black.

Nothing yet, it is all in boxes in my buddies garage. The only real mod to the chassis has been the DSE subframe connectors.

There are a set of arms, shocks, springs, bushings, and sway bars at his house. I don't remember what all is going in the rear, but not a four link yet. He is doing things on a rather tight budget as the goal is to get it driving and finish it over the next couple of years. The body work ate up a chunk of his budget and the brakes/suspension just ate his motor budget. Either way I think he is doing it right, first make it handle and stop and then make it go.

If it isn't done for Rochester, we can drive by his house. One of my two best friends so I pretty much see him more than anyone else. I imagine he will stay over the night we all party down. ;)

Good used ADCOM pre-amplifier with tuner. Clean face, quality stereo pre-amp, with separate record and play selection. Has a phone input. Was purchased by me as a used item to copy about 200 old records onto CD's. The job is now complete, and therefore I am selling this unit. Note: the power cord, which is permanently affixed and the rear panel where connections are made has a spray of white paint. This is how I purchased it used. It cannot be seen from the front or sides of the unit. Includes the manual.

Why can't you include a picture or give the slightest hint to if this will affect the functionality of the pre-amp at all.... :(

It shouldn't, besides, you could use a solvent of some sort and get the paint off anyway. Once the paint's off, shoot some Deoxit on the connectors and you're good to go.
