I might be building another pair of Mileva's too (my newest home audio 'peeka build) for a friend who wants decent 2ch with 200$ cap on speakers.

Damn, that sounds like me.

I want a decent 2channel.

Based on your listening preferences, I think you'd fry those in the span of about a minute.

My Fostex Sigs have a 25W limit, I know those wouldn't last with you :D

Your right.

Its SEXY.

Are the plasmas that are being built today still have the problem of...well, dying?

3 grand on a TV and not having last a decade doesn't sit well with me.

Yeah. I understand that.

Lemme check and see if that TV Im talking about is a plasma or not, I think it is tho.

thats what im talking about

I think my FE127's are rated at 45w, and the amp on them can throw 300w per channel at them IIRC. :)

Can you say headroom? :)

With that much power, I'd blow em.

Me neither, my LCD is rated for 60,000 hours, by my watching it will last Forever, and it'd better or I shall be pissed.

ive seen it, its pretty clean, i played assassins creed on it here at CC

Still, I can justify $3k on speakers a heck of a lot quicker than I can on a TV.

Used, my turntable was over double what my TV was new.

All about priorities :D

i hear ya, the 1800 dollar tv that was next to it, wasnt enoguh differnce for me to justify the samsung over it.

Circuit theory test tomorrow on Op-amps, thevenin, mesh currents, supernodes, and all that fun stuff.

I've got a test in Quality & Process, piece of cake materials-wise but my grades suck so far because I'm having to figure out what he's looking for...he'll take off 20 points if you have the right answer but didn't label or write things in the way he wants.

On some quizzes, I have to wonder if he's drunk while grading them because I don't see how else he could have missed what I put down.

Really have to get about 3 hours of studying tonight and then maybe a few in the AM...

A friend of mine asked the professor if we could just solve the matrices on the calculator instead of doing half page of work by hand and having the possibility of the little errors, the short answer was no, thats not how it work, you can do it, but you'll get less than half credit.

Well, first time I saw 300 was on a 1990 DLP. So, after watching it on that TV, I was taken.

Ive saw other 1080p TV's but My eyes love the Samsungs.

When at CC, theres to many variables that don't make the playing field equal.
