sounds like they're in the blown, gas, (whatever engine size that is), stock body class

That's the wasetgate. The BOV releases the boost pressure from the intake when the throttle is closed to avoid damage; it will just vent into the atmosphere.

so does that mean on the ferrari that the wastegate doesn't vent into the exhaust manifold?

and wouldn't there be twin turbos? so two exhaust vents for the turbos as well? if it was a singular turbo then the dual exhausts would be gimmick wouldn't they?

it looks like there are 2 turbos and the exhaust vents are tied together and then go to the wastegate
