  • Chill- Lemme break it down as simple as I can on some of us here. The IHoP is like a big dysfunctional family. -M5 would be the uncle everyone respects and takes advice from. We may not like how he p

Gonna smoke some salmon tomorrow that I caught in alaska last summer. should be awesome.

Tom: You need to get a masters in ME here, then we can play around in the shop on spare time. :)

lol, that assumes I want to 1. get a masters in ME and 2. move to Kansas (no offense)

but otherwise, that sounds awesome

well maybe once a long time ago

but really dont recall anything lol

I like them both but I've been addicted to vegas 2 for a while now. I'd suggest checking it out.

Gran Turismo Prologue is out and I have been really anxious to play that! The GT games are regoddamndiculously good.

Do they atleast have turbo/SC whine now?

I have not heard the new album. I have been completely consumed with dealing with insurance stuff the past 2 weeks. I will have to go pick it up sometime. I played every album back to back the other day.. lol

I have just about every Atmosphere on some format. CDs or vinyl. I am just missing the Lucy Ford EPs

Did you get all the recent stuff? Sad Clown Bad season and strickly leakage. I know leakage is free and so was Bad Spring for a period of time. Not sure if it still is.

Strickly leakage I may not have.... Mine are all MP3 now. I literaly had over 1200 CD stolen from me. Even imports and such.

speaking of mp3's is there a program than can uncompress and play then recompess MP3's on the fly?

nope. Its like making a picture smaller. Once you compress it you can't expand it back to its original size and look the same

Turbo's don't really whine, ironically enough they actually lower your exhaust dB level. They do have the blow off valve sound and on the bigger turbos (commonly found on camaro's, drag cars and supras) you can actually hear a sucking noise.

I wonder if I can find a video for you of how bad it would sound if you had to listen to the SC whine all day long. http://youtube.com/watch?v=OzTyLbJ7WHY

and on another note I'm glad they don't change the sound when you put in a sequential transmission or it would sound a little like

and just for equality here is a turbo in an ls1 powered camaro. http://youtube.com/watch?v=_THl2lyfuaI

No offense taken. :)

There really isn't to much here in kansas to look forward to in the first place.

I'd imagine for sensors and stuff you'd be concerned about distribution of observations, whether or not things are in control, going out of control, in specification, etc, etc...

Yeah makes sense.

Like where I used to work, there were machines that counted parts, possibly thousand an hour by dropping through an array of eyes and then packaged them. Pretty crazy stuff. Lock washers that were 1/4" in diam. and fell through the sensors and were counted. Not 100% accurate but accurate to +/-5%. Could use stats there given a certain batch and how accurate all the counts are.

It made sense in my head. I'm going on little sleep and having an even harder time going to bed now :lame:

fastenall?

Holy chit how'd you know?

But yeah it was Fastenal. Upstairs packaging at the Wino Hub warehouse.

Edumacted guess

Couldn't tell ya! I haven't played a copy of it yet. I know the in car views are insanely detailed, there is car damage, and smarter opponents.

Like this car?

I'd take one.
