Old news. Last year they shut-down all of their service stations in NY. And have already closed multiple locations rather than upgrading the tanks b/c they were already deteriorating.

I think I might be building a table and much larger fence for my table saw later this summer. Just have to get all of my sprocket math right so that I can get as much accuracy as possible.

To be honest, no clue. The standalone motor pod is going to be spinning @ 300rpm, the platter's at 33.3rpm...the part I haven't figured out yet is the tonearm mount-to-plinth connection...needs to look good and isolate the tonearm from platter/bearing vibration, although with an inverted bearing vibration should be reduced a lot...

You could send me the parts and I could measure their resonance...curious as to the energy imparted by a normal room though. I've never bothered/tried/or heard of it being measured, but can do.
