I iz 75% polish or so.

had the combo platter which was a kielbasa, 4 pirogies, a stuffed cabbage, and some other meat + sauerkraut dish

I'm 50% and I had never had real Polish cooking before lol

so last night I found a very traditional, home-style Polish restaurant

OMG. that soudns amazing! Just amazing. I will need to go get some polish food now.

For holidays we have a verry unique borsch made of fermented rye. "sour soup" it's out of this world. Smells like god awefull hell if you have never had it before but you fill a bowl with sausage and ham and hard boiled eggs and then pour the broth over the meat.

It's usualy a breakfast for easter and such. Man, You made me all hungry for pirogies now too. I should have had breakfast!
