  • Chill- Lemme break it down as simple as I can on some of us here. The IHoP is like a big dysfunctional family. -M5 would be the uncle everyone respects and takes advice from. We may not like how he p

god I love GSN, they're rerunning an old game show from god knows when; one of the prizes was a bedroom set that is identical to my parent's...lol

Just ordered the Chiltons manual for the car so I can see the pictures on how the hell to take my dash apart. I'm buying Ryan1's RF amps so I'll have those for the amplification, have the speakers already, just need the HU and some deadening for the doors and some cabling.

I came here after purchasing the M5, do I leave after selling it?

I think its ok =)

I'm going to get some lumber so I can build a shed.... to put tools and lumber in... so I can then build some cabinets. WOOT.

wait first I have to do a shit ton of digging. teh ghey. better get cracking at it.

I have a HU, and some Raamat and Ensolite I could sell too. How much do you need?

Oh, enough for two doors currently for the sound deadening at the moment so maybe 50sqft or so. Does the HU do 3-way with T/A? I'm looking to do a 2-way active with 3" in the dash and 6.5"s in the doors, so if your HU will work for me... :)

:werd_msword: I got to move a ~400 pound couch in the very near future :fryingpan:
Warner Bros, along with plenty others, have been skeptical about BD-Live. WTF is BD-Live, you ask? It's that feature in the Blu-ray spec allowing people seated on couches across the US to watch movies simultaneously and chat about them. Now rumor has it that the company is considering The Dark Knight as their first BD-Live disc release for the coming holiday season. We can't wait for two and a half straight hours of:

Jason Chen: I'm Batman!

Mark Wilson: I'm Batman!

Jesus Diaz: I'm Batman!

Matt Buchanan: I'm Batman!

John Mahoney: I'm not that guy from Frasier!

The Swiss Green Party is proposing legislation that would effectively ban supercars. Most sportscars, actually. And SUVs. More than a few luxury sedans, too. Even some small hatchbacks.

The proposed regulations would ban any vehicle over 4800 lbs in weight, producing more than 250 grams of CO2 per kilometer, burning diesel without a new-fangled particulate filter or possessing a front end deemed less than optimal for pedestrian impact. Many of the vehicles on the proposed list of non-compliant new cars would seem logical, according to the Green Party mindset: Aston Martins, Bentleys, HUMMERs, pretty much anything from Italy bigger than a Fiat Panda, most American cars offered in Europe... but wait a second, the Hyundai Getz? Kia Rio? Nissan Micra? Even the Dacia Logan. Somebody's getting carried away in Switzerland, and we hope with the country's populist approach to governance that the Swiss populace will keep their tree-hugging elements in check. Otherwise, we might be riding bikes to next year's Geneva show.
