may want to have your sinuses looked at. apparently a lot of headaches are caused by sinus infections where the patient never even realizes he/she has the infection. especially if you have/had allergies

my dad used to get bad headaches and even some vertigo

he has had 2 nose scopes and he has been doing fine now

Just got back from the rec, I am dead. First time I've lifted in like 6-7yrs, everything I've done had been work were I have my whole body and never had a problem accomplishing something. This killed me though.
