I read a report yesterday that said sugar can be as addictive as cocaine, because high levels of sugar intake release dopamine in the brain, just like cocaine does. Tests on lab rats showed that after giving them lots of sugar for a week or two, they exhibited withdrawal symptoms when they were taken off. They would become depressed, lethargic, etc.

I guess that's why we eat junk food when we're sad, it releases dopamine and makes us happier. Or at least supposed to anyways.

from what I've heard, the only thing that releases more serotonin than chocolate is potato skins

Finally as long week of school is done.

I started installing at my job! WooT! I had to rewire some kids stuff today and he had a Fi Q with a hole the size of a golf ball in the dustcap.

finished yesterday too, and went drinking. i'm done with my major prerequisites and i got the gpa to transfer into my major, it's cruise mode from here on out all my GE is done.

and yeah i get 5 weeks also

Glad to hear she is okay and home man. I have had a friend go through this before multiple times so I can SLIGHTLY feel where you are at man.
