I was just shopping for a good deal on a QSC PLX3602 and Swooped on a miss-priced plx3102 for half the price of the 3602. I will pick it up from a store tonight.

Have to refinish my whole cabinet set up in the kitchen too. I've never had experience with wood working handy man type things, but I'll have to learn PDQ. That's how my life has been. lol...kimber stainless target II not fancy??? not fancy would be a springfield mil-spec, a charles daly, hell, even a taurus pt1911 has custom features...and kimber's customer service and warranty suck. trust me. while their guns are nice, very nice, even lowly kel-tec trumps their asses in CS and warranty.

look into a springfield, a smith and wesson, a sig arms, even the taurus. hell, build your own (i think that's my next big project), kimber's bullshit cs doesn't warrant someone dropping 1500+ on their ass.

i will never buy another kimber from a dealer, maybe used off someone. but never again will kimber see money from me for anything new.

Read through the entire installation manual for the lift today. I'm pretty confident I will be able to handle it all, but I am going to need some helping hands. Also don't know how I'm going to work the gear situation.

Because the dif I am getting is already modified for the lift I'd rather use that then use mine and have to modify mine as well, but I can't put that in there and drive a 4.11 front/3.73 rear to the gear shop. I planned on physically taking the rear end and front dif to the shop to do the work, but they are only open on week days and I will be getting and doing the lift this weekend. etc, etc...

I'm thinking an option may be to install the lift then drop the rear drive shaft throw it in the back of the truck and then drive to the gear shop in 4wd. I saw a guy do this once before when he destroyed his rear driveshaft and then he drove a 4 hour trip back home at about 50MPH. Is that just too crazy???
