In the back it's a black berkline leather couch. Great couch, soft and comfy. leg rests too. I got it for a song really. The front is my baby though. Nice thick leather, supple and buttery. Not as soft as the berkline. I'm a great big fat guy though so it works. It has a center console that pulls down So for friends coming over there can be beer and snacks, it also has heat and vibrations for the 2 side seats. If the wife wants snuggle time, it works, if I want beer and nachos, etc, then I get that too. Best of both worlds. Also got a great deal. I spent less than 2k on the pair delivered. Getting them down through a drop through in my kitchen because I have a spiral staircase.... well that's why we have friends right?

carputer is the cheapest and most flexible.

Just takes work on your part. A laptop can be a carputer, but I wouldn't bother spending that much money on a carputer. I don't beleive in reaccuring costs much like satalite radio.

I have a netbook that I've seriously thought of doing a carputer w/ gps with.

the real reason i show this is so you can see the wood behind the shelfs. It's 3/4 or better cedar(I beleive). Just rough cut. It's antique wood from a barn I beleive. the woman painted it to make it look older. The random weird shit in this house is staggering.

It cracks me up, I have a 42" Sharp Aquos, upconvert DVD player, and some pretty decent speakers downstairs, but my roommate will still watch movies on the 19" cheapo tv upstairs.

Do any of you guys use Satellite Radio? If so do you like it? I'm thinking about getting some for the car, I'm putting 300mi on a week and would like some more variety in the tunes without using FM radio.

A buddy of mine has Sirius in his Jeep.

Personally I love it. Good variety and only lose signal in underpasses and parked under metal roofs.

Another great free/cheep option, is to use podcasts. You can subscribe and upload whenever you want. I would only use it if I couldn't find what I wanted on the internet. And I have yet to run into that problem.

What I would love to have is a laptop as a carputer with a WLAN card pulling Pandora and streaming that into the stereo...

If a company could link pandora.com into a satellite radio station, people would pay good money for that, myself included. Make it so you set it up on a computer but can pull say, 6 stations off of your in car radio from pandora.

Funny thing is, I haven't like any of them since the 94 change, but eventually they all grew on me. I still like my body style the best though.

Every review or article I have read on the 2010's say they addressed any and all complaints with the 2008, especially handling and interior.

Sounds to me like financial regulations by the government caused a meltdown. Usually if I have some one work on something and they REALLY fuck it up, I don't let them work on it again. Too bad we can't do the same with the gov.
