Pretty much any bar in the country sells wings and many are way better than the chain crap. A good rule on dining out is to NOT eat at chains.

The ultimate I think is just 250,000 to hit 16,000,000 it needs to be "pure"

Again even at 150,000 it is all heat and no flavor so why bother unless you are just using it to add heat. Personally I prefer using actual peppers.

i tried dave's a long time ago at a hot sauce store in jamestown ca. they touch the corner of a corn chip to the underside of the sauce cap and that's all it takes to set your mouth on fire for fifteen minutes.

i must have been eleven years old but i still remember the lady there telling me after i tried the dave's that on a scale of 1 to 10 in hotness, the insanity sauce was a 27. iirc the best tasting sauce they had was called "ring of fire" i think this is it, but not 100% sure.

Agreed. I eat there frequently. The wife likes it. I hate the vinegar flavored heat. I like spicey food with flavor, not just hot flavoring and vinegar flavor.

I always get one of the other sauces, and deal with the fact I'm there. Happy wife, happy life.

If you want hot, just buy some Fox Labs pepper spray, same damn stuff, 5mil scoville and it actually serves a purpose...
