I recall reading somewhere that 10% of mach was an acceptable speed for port velocity, but I also have seen 5% and 15% as acceptable. If you notice 5% of mach is right next to it in D24 also. I am looking for that value as I've heard different values and am not sure what is acceptable.

I believe winISD Beta doesn't like you to have a port velocity above mach .14. But that's almost 50 m/s. Maybe I'm misremembering.

Oh and I need to correct my units from before. I meant 20-25 meters per second, not feet. Big difference, whoops.
