Just like for audio being all in the install, the coffee is all in the grinder. Has to be ground within an hour at most of when you want to use it too. I always laugh when I go into my local coffee roaster and get a batch of beans that was just roasted today and they ask me if I want it ground. My usual answer is, "no thanks, that defeats the purpose"...so yes, I am an ass in real life too.

Speaking of coffee, there are some people in school that have a cup of coffee with them all the time. Every fricking time I see them during breaks they're holding a cup of coffee. wtf ?

I beleive lighter roasts in general have more caffeine.

Flavor, I drink very dark coffee with nothing in it. Still have yet to find coffee from a chain coffee shop that I really like though.

You need to adjust the grind sure, but the reason for the French press is that it is much more efficient at getting the oils out of the beans which is the darkness and mouth feel you like.

Drip machines are sort of lame, in general not a good idea.

I drink shitty drip. And I have to put a TON of dairy in it to stomach it, and I go as dark as possible also.

I drink it 90% for the stimulants.

i enjoy dark coffee

whenever i go into work in the mornings i have some shitty drip coffee.

I normally add a little sugar to give it the extra kick.
