Here, everyone is debating the Bolden idea. Many of the sportscasters think the Ravens are one big WR away from the superbowl. I don't think that is 100% true, and I don't think they should spend the money on Bolden, and/or risk losing Suggs due to cap room.

BTW, the next time you do scallops 90 seconds a side will do Coat them with a little olive oil first. If a crust forms faster that you are satisfied with since the BGE is rolling, don't worry about flipping them earlier. If they cook for less than that I'd let them rest a little bit before serving, but only a couple minutes nothing like a steak. In general scallops should be eaten without a rest.

I should have had the egg hotter I think. It wasn't blazing like I would usualy do a big scallop. I was also trying to do a steak and chicken at the same time... So I gave them too little attention.

often I wrap my scallops in bacon, and that slows the cootime down by a TON. so it's always tender rare and perfect inside...

God I want more scallops tonight.

I need to suck it up and buy some of the HUGE fresh ones. I pretty much stick to frozen 90% of the time. I know.... it's know it's not the same... But I love them so much anyway..
