Next step, proving that resin on mdf is more brittle than just mdf.

I might be able to set up and break some MDF with and without resin at work and be able to show load vs displacement plots and actual numbers. But would anyone really pay care or would they just go on thinking that bubba joe that they know is right?

If you can document the test and show it on here, maybe with a video or pictures of the test results on the computer screen, people will believe.

It's quite ironic since the MDF is essentially sawdust bonded with adhesive.. You'd think it would be stronger due to the heat and pressure used in the manufacturing process.

Perhaps they use a less quality adhesive in the MDF than the wood glue we use for joints?

Went to Louisiana this weekend and had a typical Louisiana... drank waaaayyy too much

The woman had a graduation party, then we ended up going to some bar where I proceeded to get a 21 yr old band and I definitely used it to the best of my ability. I woke up this morning with the worst fuggin headache and took forever for me to get rollin. Then I went to a crawfish boil and the crawfish was so damn good. The onions and mushroom were saturated with the spices and were sooooo good.
