I don't know that I'd bother with it in that instance. All your tuning will be done at the carb, and it's low pressure, so I don't see a need for a return line. If it's too rich, change the jets or vice versa.

You gotten around to checking the fuses and getting the tweeter panel on the one magnepan working?

but one thing I'm concerned about is since I'm using an electric pump, it's going all out all the time while a mechanical's flow is rpm dependent, would there be problems with it sitting at idle or even with just the key on?

Its a clear glass tube fuse, you can just pop it out and most likely be able to see it.

That little pucking Sunfire is more apt to that than any amp I have ever owned though. Time to drop a fresh ground for all my stereo outlets
